MTN Ghana has fully reactivated 1,504,366 of the 5,422,828 mobile phone subscribers that were disconnected from December 1, 2022, for failing to complete the Stage 2 or biometric process. This was done on February 12, 2023.
The National Communications Authority (NCA) has warned that from March 10, 2023, they will disconnect subscribers who have not completed their SIM re-registration process.
